People get bored in waiting room areas so I thought about giving people something to do. I combined social good information with interesting facts to enhance the chances that people would engage with the material. After getting permission from staff I drop them into waiting areas such as barbers, relevant charities, seating areas in shops, etc. The following leaflet is an example for the Limerick area in Ireland. The typos near the end are on purpose; there's a psychology trick where the human brain doesn't like processing information more than once so if something is slightly awkward the brain tries to memorise the information so it doesn't have to process it again.
